Our planners help communities prepare for future growth. Our landscape architects develop public spaces that engage audiences, while our civil engineers develop complex physical networks to make it all work seamlessly.

Similar to urban planning, but more on a site-specific scale, our plannersarchitects, and landscape architects work with individuals, developers, and small organizations assess areas for development. We work with clients to examine sites, looking at slope, soils, hydrology, vegetation, parcel ownership, and orientation. Our research involves the organization of land-use zoning, access, circulation, privacy, security, shelter, and other factors. We work closely with clients to find optimal locations and, and create designs that work within sites.

From another perspective, our team of brand specialists help communities identify who they are and what they want to be known for. We produce products to better connect communities with residents, visitors, and investors through branding, signage, and websites. Our staff specialists also assist with developing brands and branded environments—from print to websites, from spaces to experiences—for the hospitality industry, focusing primarily of food and wine establishments.

We are placemakers—we aim to turn space into place.
